Account Deletion

Please follow the steps outlined below to delete your account:

Step 1: Log in to the app using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the "More" section located within the app.

Step 3: Within the "More" section, find and select the "Settings" option.

Step 4: In the "Settings" menu, locate and click on the "Delete My Account" option.

Step 5: A confirmation pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion of your account. Please carefully read and understand the implications of this action.

Step 6: Once you have reviewed the information and are certain about your decision, click "Confirm" button in the pop-up to proceed with the account deletion process.

We would like to inform you that while most of your data will be deleted immediately, complete removal from our systems may take up to 90 days. This timeframe allows for the necessary clearance of backups and caches. It's important to note that during this period, our systems will actively work towards removing any remaining data. After the 90-day period, no copies or backups of your data will be retained.
